Independent Contractors

This system is unique of its kind. We hope we can establish an environment where the people who are involved in activities will run the projects. If they run the projects they can't complain about bad service because they are running a service and they decide how will be run. Everyone who applies for a position must be aware that shares of the Profit are paid out on Monthly basis. If you think you are able to make a difference and you just didn't get your chance to prove yourself, here is your chance.

Each position is evaluated with points or shares which mean if the point/share value at the end of the month is $1.00 and you have 1,000 point; you'll get $1,000.00 pay out of profit. If the value of 1 point/share is $15.00 you'll get $15,000.00 payout from profit. As soon as a particular project starts bringing in profits, Independent Contractors involved on the project will start getting paid plus they are getting their share at the end of the year from profit.
